Hello! I’m Trevor Kuchar; here is a bit about what I teach.

Meditation is a practice in which we aim to bring the body into a deep state of relaxation, our mind into stillness, and learn to separate ourselves from identifying with our physical bodies and the ‘story of our lives.’ This practice stimulates healing, reduces stress, and promotes clarity of thought.

Mindfulness is a continuation of the meditative mindset into our daily lives, bringing with us a non-judgmental observation of ourselves and the world around us. Being mindful allows us to live consciously and make better decisions through an increased awareness of who, what, and where we are in any situation.

Combining these two practices, such as with Yoga Nidra, we can consciously direct our awareness to achieve great things, such as true forgiveness and increased recovery from injury.

Abundance theory is co-creating our ideal future state and then manifesting a life we love into our present reality. Paraphrasing a Daoist explanation: it is like choosing a river which leads to a desired outcome, and then being like a leaf on the water, allowing ourselves to float effortlessly downriver, allowing the current to guide us along until we arrive.
